Can we be honest? There’s so much going on in this world that we need something to keep us sane! The hustle and bustle of our day to day sometimes gets overwhelming. One of the most common ways to keep a sound mind is journaling.
Journaling is one of the top ways to reflect. It allows you to acknowledge your wins, your losses and everything in between. The following prompts are helpful when starting a new month.
1. How are my heart and mind?
- Reflect and expound. Be specific with what you’re feeling.
2. What do I want to achieve this month (mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically)?
- Again, be specific.
- How will I get there?
- What will fuel me in this process?
- How do I stay focused?
- Set SMART Goals
3. Gratitude.
- What are three things I’m thankful for?
4. What is challenging me right now?
- How am I going to navigate this?
Use these prompts as often as you’d like. They’ll always be relevant and will assist you in your daily pursuit of tapping into your true potential.
